SHIPPING: Our preferred Domestic carrier is UPS. Shipping and handling will be $6.95 for all orders up to $200 and free for orders over $200. Our preferred International carrier is USPS. For Canada orders shipping and handling will be $9.95. All other International orders shipping and handling will be $16.95.

RETURNS: All Returns must have a return authorization number. Returns are only accepted within 6 months of purchase with original receipt. Refunds do not include shipping or fees costs. Damaged products will not be accepted. To obtain a return authorization number, call 650-365-3172.

WARRANTY: We proudly stand behind our parts and will repair/replace any problem resulting from a production or design flaw within 6 months of purchase. Parts covered under warranty must be returned complete, with all parts and with original receipt showing purchase at retail price. Modified or altered parts are not covered under warranty. Brake products used without Brake Snake are not covered under warranty. Shift Lever broached spline is not covered by this warranty.
