LEAD TIMES:
Hammerhead Designs strives to maintain adequate on-hand inventory.
Unless otherwise specified, please allow 1-2 weeks to complete
your order, though we can often ship partials.
SHIPPING: Our preferred carrier
is UPS. Please clearly state any special shipping instructions
or carrier preference on your order. F.O.B.: All orders are
shipped F.O.B. Woodside, CA.
RETURNS: No returns will be accepted
without a Hammerhead Designs return authorization number. All
requests for returns must be made within (5) days of receipt
of merchandise. Please contact us at the phone or email above
to receive an RA#. Please have your business name, contact name,
phone number, and style # readily available. All returns must
have an RA# clearly visible on the outside of the package.
CLAIMS: We proudly stand behind
our parts and will repair/replace any problem resulting from
a production or design flaw within 6 months of purchase by your
customers. Repairs after the warranty period are offered for
a minimal charge plus shipping and handling. All designs are
repaired with a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks. Please follow
the procedures outlined above under RETURNS when submitting
your claim.
BACKORDERS: All backorders will
remain open until filled, unless notified otherwise at time
of order. Please notify us if you DO NOT want us to maintain
your backorder. |
